Does Your Lifestyle Health accept health insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. This means no deductible or co-pay surprises for you!
What is the cost?
You’ll begin with our Starter Package, billed monthly for the first 20 weeks/5 months of care. Package plan includes the cost of medication (except for brand name options), blood work, follow up appointments with your provider and unlimited electronic communication between appointments. After the first 20 weeks, you are charged per medication refill with the pricing dependent on the dose best for you. Ser more on our pricing details page.
How will I get bloodwork?
Lab orders are sent directly to Labcorp. You just schedule an appointment at the lab and show up with photo identification.
How will i Receive my prescriptions?
Weight loss and skin care prescriptions are shipped directly to you from our partner 503A compounding pharmacy.
What is a GLP-1?
What do I need to have for my visit?
You will need valid photo identification, and access to a smart device with working camera and reliable internet connection. We also encourage patients to have a digital scale.
